: Absolutely nothing. What a sham.
: We got "taken to the cleaners" as they say. We stopped in at 1pm and asked about our reservation which was booked and pre paid with your company. They said all is a go. We knew we could not check in until four. When we returned after 4 to get the key we were told we weren't even in the system! The woman was so rude and defiant and told us our reservation was cancelled. We had to take a room and pay the rate as we were visiting from out of town. The next morning other people were there and were going to address issue. We got our credit card bill and they credited the booking rate and not their rate. We are totally disappointed with the entire situation. We called Chandler Inn and were told they would check it out and call us back. No call, of coarse. This is no way to conduct business and we will not use your services again, let alone stay at the motel!

: The shower was great. The hot water came out right away. We have to ask for two small face towels, and were brought to us but could not use the microwave because there was no turning plate just the coil. All staff members were great.

Dark, dank, air wasn’t fresh. Office door locked several times when I went to office. Had to to office several times because electronic key card didn’t work....couldn’t access my room.
